A Chinese company, not EU
This presents itself as an EU company based in Netherlands, but is actually Chinese. I'm based in Ireland, and assuming that they are in the EU I ordered a replacement laptop charger from them to avoid the customs charges and delays that ordering from the UK involves now. The charger I ordered was "in stock", but I was only told it had been sent 5 days after I ordered it. The tracking showed it had been sent from Netherlands. It took another 3 weeks to arrive, and I had to pay VAT and handling charges because the package had actually originated outside the EU. The labels on the package showed it had come from China. When I contacted the company by email to ask about the unexpected VAT charge they immediately offered to refund the charges to me, without any questions, and they have done that. So it seems that they are used to this and they have a policy of immediate refunding of customs charges. The charger itself was exactly what I wanted, and works well, but I wouldn't have ordered from this company if I'd known I was ordering from China. I was misled by the company's website. So in summary, don't use this company if you're in the EU unless you're prepared for customs charges and long delays. It's not exactly what it seems to be when you go to their website. Response to the company's reply: I am not discriminating because your are a Chinese company. It is because you are shipping from outside the EU, which involves delays and customs charges. That was not made clear when I ordered. I ordered from what appeared to be an EU based company. There was nothing about shipping from outside the EU. I accept that you are open about that here on Trustpilot, and that you refund customs charges immediately, but there was nothing about that when I ordered.
