Avoid any bookings
The app/portal provides convenience in terms of being an aggregator and allowing different payment methods. However, the prices listed are heavily surcharged than the actual ticket price. I would urge you avoid making any bookings via rail ninja and make booking directly on the source website. I booked a ticket in advance for 26 euros, but once ticket was issued, the actual ticket cost was only 9.5 euros. When you contact the support team about this discrepancy, they say that you agreed to the pricing conditions. While I agree that they can charge convenience fee, but almost 200% is completely unfair. After multiple back and forth, I managed to get 5 euros back. However, this overall experience is unwarranted.
