I ordered 2 bras at a cost of £31.97. I received the size I ordered however they did not fit properly nor were the expected comfort and support as advertised. The bras took 3 weeks to arrive. I reached out to explain that I wanted to return the items. Shocking customer service, absolute refusal to accept a return ( due to shipping costs) and a disappointing offer of refund of £8 after me refusing £2 & £3. So I am now significantly out of pocket and have 2 bras that don’t fit. Absolutely shocking. Do not order from Patientate. No transparency about returns/ refunds and do not adhere to UK consumer rights.
