I have made multiple purchases from the Comgrow site (CR10sPro V2 and CR6 Max) and have been very please with the timely shipping and excellent quality of these "refurbished" machines. Truthfully I cannot really find why they are considered refurbished (maybe a small scratch?). Would highly recommend purchasing your next printer from Comgrow for a worry free and quality experience.
