Return of false delivery was denied; 1700 Euro loss
I bought a sava deck bike online for my son. What ever went wrong, wether they sent another bike, or I might have pressed a wrong butten while ordering - it does not matter. We received a bike, we did not intend to order - it was a raicing, instead of a gravel bike. We left a message with sava deck imediately... until today more than a year later we were denied our right to send the bike back, communication was blocked/did not happen. We even tried via other sava deck stores to get in touch. We would strongly recommend not to order online; we were totally ripped off and have not seen a possibility to get our money back (1.700 Euro!)
