I was delighted with the end result…
I was delighted with the end result which was handled professionally by LUCY and I would rate her 5/5. 💯 However, I was very disappointed at the manner in which the company tried to avoid issuing a refund and some of the options they offered. I feel that a less confident customer would have been taken advantage of. Despite this I feel that Lucy compensated for the lack of customer care prior to her getting involved and hopefully will make future purchases. 🙏
