No longer a happy client
Until today I would have given them 5 stars. I enrolled 8 cards with them and they settled 6. My payment obligation ended in 02/22 and at no time was I told that I HAD to extend my enrollment & payments for another 6 months in order for them to negotiate the last 2. As far as I knew, I paid an amount for all 8 and now I am being told that they will no longer negotiate. Mind you, that I have had at least 4 or 5 phone calls with them since my payment obligation ended with no further mention of this. ref # R0014283549
