MobileTrans asking for money AGAIN
I bought Wondershare MobileTrans to create a backup of my phone and Whatsapp as I was returning a company phone. I paid for a one-year 5-device plan and at the time, it backed up my iphone contacts and whatsapp to laptop. Now when I connect my laptop to my new iphone it is showing me my backup but asking me to pay again! What kind of BS is this – I can see I have a 5 device active licence but when I open tthe app on my laptop, it asks me to buy the transfer services!
