Responsive support team that explain as well as just fix
XCloud's managed servers take a lot of the pain away from having to manage your own server updates, etc. Well worth the small additional cost vs using the XCloud control panel on a 3rd party server. Plus, some of the most helpful and responsive support I've received from a hosting company, not only correcting a firewall issue I was having, but explaining clearly what the issue was and showing me how to correct the issue on some other sites.
