Beware !! Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever. I ordered new insta 360 x3, right after i made my payment i realized that i ordered the wrong bundle. i kindly reach out to their customer support , and asked to make that little change on my recent order before they dispatch.. They said they will back to me right away, they did not. I have been trying to reach out the company via email -and also i called their call center last 3 days so many times. But there is no single person who can help me out for my order. Customer representative told me that she is the only one in the office, and told me that it would take at least 1 more day to reach her colleague who might help me out. I asked her to talk to her manager, she said thats not possible.. Again beware from that company if customer service is important to you.
