They don't honor their warranty
I purchased a weed wacker on Amazon. Worked a few months then stopped working. I contacted them and did troubleshooting but still didn't work. They sent me a new motor and expected me to know how to reassemble the weed wacker. I couldn't and ask for replacement or refund and they stopped responding to my requests. They have a one year defective warranty but refused to honor it for me. Horrible company with deceptive practices
