This company knows Customer Service 👌
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from CosyIsland and they are really nice and looked great on however the size wasnt quite right one was too small and one was too big and also I didn't consider the height of the style I chose. I emailed Customer service and received a prompt response from Tina. She was so super helpful and asked me what id like to exchange it for. Next thing I know Tina advised she has organised the new shoes and didn't want to inconvenience me further so said to keep the shoes i already have and to donate them if I couldn't find use for them! Amazing! I have never experienced such 5 star customer service experience. Thanks Tina for making it so easy. I would highly recommend CosyIsland to anyone!
