File Cannot Be Deleted and Cannot be Downloaded
I create Cbackup account WITHOUT connecting it to another cloud storage account, 10Gb is all I have. But they don't allow me to delete files. I tried to contact their support email and they confirm I cannot delete my own files! Downloading files also problematic. It says that I need to download Cbackup client in order to download large files, but I already have the client and I can't find a way to view my files and download it. Stay away from this service, they practically scammers: stole your files, deceiving you to upload your files into their service and when you need it back, you can't download it. No matter what happen, just avoid!
