The NACA program is a wonderful program for everyone, no matter what your current income status is or ethnicity. NACA has made it possible for everyone to become a homeowner. With a zero down payment and no closing cost, conventional mortgage loan seems too good to be true, but it is true. The required 4-hour workshop went by very quickly and was very knowledgeable and educational. You will receive your NACA ID number that same day and you’re also able to sign up for your first NACA appointment with a NACA counselor, if you chose to or you can wait and give them a call later to set up an appointment. Please allow me to be very honest with you. YOU must put in the work by submitting all the required documentation, just as you would with any financial institution you’re applying for a home loan with. They also require a little more documentation than other financial institutions, as well. The difference between NACA and other banks and credit unions, when you’re working toward homeownership, you will not be denied. This process will take a lot of patience, but it does work. So, commit to the time and effort to reap the benefits of becoming a homeowner. It’s worth it!
