Terrible customer service—sent the wrong item and offered an insulting partial refund
Avoid this company! I paid nearly $200 for a caramel brown wig, but they sent me a completely different color mixed with light blonde. When I sent them clear photographic proof that they made a mistake, instead of fixing it, they insulted me by offering a tiny fraction of my money back as a partial refund. This experience has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. They expect me to pay out-of-pocket to ship back an item they messed up. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Their customer service is a joke.
