i recently bought two Saber bundles. The "Eco Duo V2 baselit" so i should get four sabers in total. When they arrived (after maybe 1,5 weeks time) i noticed i only got two of them. so i wrote a email to them, asking where the other two went, and if they were simply just delayed. within 2-3 hours, they had already wrote back, apologizing and taking responsibility for their mistake. They said that they would expedite the last two, and even include a little something extra. Great experience overall. The two sabers i got, are both of great quality, shine brighter than i thought, durable and sound good. i am very satisfied (adam was the one who helped me)
