There is no shortage of companies and agents offering Reverse Mortgages or home loans in 2022. We had the good fortune to talk with Dave Schulte of GoodLife Home Loans early in our search for some homeowner help. After quite a few calls with other lenders, we decided to use GoodLife because of Dave's knowledge and understanding not only of the processes used but more importantly our personal situation and how the process would be impacting us and what we needed to do to best prepare ourselves.
