Ordered a mother of the bride dress the dress was of good quality but did not fit paid over two hundred pound for this sent it back which was a bit complicated but after several messages they did help with instructions. they messaged me a week later saying the refund had been put in my bank which was true the refund was for £171 90pence no explanation has to why I’d not had my full money which I find this disgusting and will not shop here again .
