My dog was given to another patron!
Brought my 12 pound laso apso mix in for a grooming. When I arrived to pick him up, he had been given to another patron who had a dog with the same name, Harry. Granted, the other owner was very old and didn't notice he had the wrong dog! My Harry was returned by the man promptly after they called him and informed him he had the wrong dog. The grooming? Around his ears was choppy and uneven. His little paw pads had untrimmed clumps of hair hanging off. I had requested a tooth brushing and wasn't charged for it. Receptionist said either it wasn't done or groomer forgot to put it on his bill. I was reimbursed for all charges, but I won't trust my dog to go there again.
