I contacted constumer service to inquire about two my camera service that wasn't working. They were very helpfull and tried to fix the problem while online through their chat room, they refreshed the sim and one worked almost immediately the other may need to be replaced, but they were police, nice and offered to give me credit for the unused portion of the data plan.
