Honored their word!
Good product, but unfortunately I was not able to get positive results for my donkey with advanced arthritis changes in one of his knees. HolistaPet stood by their guarantee and refund my purchase in full. Super friendly and empathetic to my situation. Would definitely purchase from them for me and my dog.
