A bit of crafting but then it was perfect :)
We bought a light with several lamp holders. Every lamp holder had it's own cable. So far so good. But the cables weren't connected to one string, they were loose at the top. So we had to drive to the construction market to buy clamps and a short cable to be able to connect it to the electricity output of the ceiling. After a few weeks we got a survey from Litfad how happy we were with our purchase. In there I told them that it's unusual to get a light with several loose cables. We didn't demand any compensation but they decided to write us again and offered us 10% refund which was about the amount we spent on the construction market. So in total we had to craft a bit on our own but we got what we wanted for the price we expected.
