Peoples Trust gave me an excellent price quote for my home owners. They sent out at their expense, their own inspector to confirm details. He noted few thinks like the fire hydrant across the street and other small items. He said everything looks good and I might get a small refund from Peoples Trust. I said thanks and figured never ever get a refund once they have your money. Imagine my surprise when about 6 weeks later a I get a small refund from the insurance company! This company seems to be honest and upfront. I look for long lasting relationship with this company which actually gave me better coverage then before for much less money. Living here in Florida we all HO insurance is astronomical and thanks to our wonderful state congress making thinks worst for the home owner and easier for the insurance companies to make even more money. You must know the inland counties help pay for the those wealthy occupants living on the coast. Perhaps just maybe this company has a different prospective and charge much more to the coast occupants as they should and the inward counties with very few claims pay less. I certainly hope so and as long as their rates remain reasonable I plan on being with them as long as I am a home owner.
