Been using Host Armada for few years now ..... the help and INSTANT tech support is unbelievable ; real people I am sure but the response speed is almost robot efficient & quick ! Very happy indeed, not only do they provide the base website/hosting/tech support but they provide great help even with plugin errors etc where they can. Highly highly recommend, although that sounds cheesy :)
