Unsatisfactory of product printing
I remember there is a step where you will confirm the artwork with client before printing, but until i received the items there is no one who contact with me. And ends up the item have a few defects on it: -the bleed line printed -colour difference on some part -cutting of perforation line for almost 50pcs (33%) unmatch -artwork submitted without white line but a part of the finished product have. (i can provide the pictures as proof if you need it, since this column are not allow to attach picture) But since the whole process takes only 4 days, and the online ordering platform is user friendly, 2 stars are still given.
