The app was easy to use but the real proof is if, God forbid, my wife has a medical problem, you actually pay the way you said you would. My wife qualifies according to the second bullet on your app. She has dual citizenship with Brasil and the USA BUT She is only staying in Washington DC for apx. 9 days. Then, we return to Brasil.
