Card service non-existent
Chat service useless, hotline can’t get through, app doesn’t work. Applied via app 3 times, spoke to hotline once (after cumulative on-hold time of about 1.5hr over 3 successful call-through, excluding times that can’t even get through), but still no response. The promise of response by next working day is a joke. In the past, same application get approved within hours after a short call. This is so sad.
