I had a very negative experience with this website and recommend that others avoid using it. The platform seems to support scammers and doesn't address issues when a scammer locks you out of an account you've purchased, even after the transaction is confirmed. I bought an Apex Legends account from a seller (Hasketyu) on this site. The email associated with the account couldn't be changed. The seller gave me the login credentials for the email, which led to a website called "notletters.com" (Yes, not Google mail or Outlook but "notletters"). Please see other 1 star reviews who have also experienced this from scammers on this site. It became apparent that this website is likely owned by the scammer, allowing them to easily reclaim the account after the sale is closed and you leave a positive review (this is why so many scammers on the site have positive reviews). On top of that if they will automatically mark your experience as positive even though it was not (look at all the profiles with "auto-update by ZeusX after 48 hours". All those people have not had a good experience. I tried to explain the situation to the ZeusX support team, but they sided with the seller. They only care about the fees they make from the sale and do not care about protecting their users. It seems that the "ZeusX Guarantee" doesn't offer real protection—it's just empty promises. Please be cautious and consider avoiding this platform.
