Actually Useful for Small Business Startups
The website design is very fluid and easy to operate. The chat function is quick and responsive, and informative. I do find it confusing going between Postmen and Aftership. It is unclear how the two entities relate to each other, and I feel like I've created 2 7-day free trials, which was not my intent. So now I am concerned that I'm going to be paying 2 separate monthly (weekly?) fees, which was also not my intent. I just don't understand the e-commerce shipping "rules" well enough. Not their fault.
