Novelship sent me a flawed pair of sneakers even though they promised that all sneakers that they sell would be brand new in condition. I have tried contacting the customer service multiple times and waited patiently for 3 days already but with no reply whatsoever. I’m unhappy with my first experience with Novelship. However there are positives: 1. Novelship uses extremely fast shipping like UPS. 2. Novelship’s app is very easy to use.
