Damaged product received
Damaged product received. I asked for a refund and they refund me only the cost of the product and just 8eur for shipping. For that purchase I lost 23 eur. Giving that the refund didn’t cover full shipping cost ,and they did not paid the vat and paypal fees. So the refund policy they have is not fully covering the customer purchase cost.
