This product looked like what I needed
This product looked like what I needed. I purchased the perpetual license, but then the instructions in the email for the download were not fully clear. I found a different set of instructions on their FAQ. Customer support offered no help except "just download it" type of attitude. The product simply does not work. It seems if it did work, this may be useful to have. This reply below is two years after the situation, and it was never determined to be a hardware issue.
