20 days and counting and this hasn't arrived. Customer service ignores you. LOTS of complaints about this kind of thing and quality issues for those who do receive their items. Edit in response to vendor reply (12/06/25): it's been 35+ days now and still nothing. You have the bare-faced cheek on here to pretend to be concerned yet you HAVE my details already and you HAVE my emails and messages on FB messenger. If you wanted you could have been in touch already. Absolute scam company.
