I felt disappointed and cheated. Not professional anymore
Past experience purchase with Novelship - Best buy ever with Novelship As I know I can't get it from local store or oversea Nike store anymore. Bought two pairs of dunk, the process was hassle free and I had waited for 2 weeks. I also tried to bought another dunks (153) however the seller flake twice. Nonetheless, I gave it a try again as I really like the that dunk colour. I felt disappointed and cheated. Bought the shoes on 25/06/24- a week later, I received notification that my shoes have been authenticated on 30/06/24 via email. Im looking forward to receive the dunk this time round as I felt lucky that the seller did not flake it. However, I got the tracking but was told that picked up doesn't happen during weekend and Janio tracker don't update in real time. Despite CS reverted till date, the Janio website still remain the same "We have received the order details, but not the parcel". This is real bad, as I have waited more than two week which is not usual and I wrote to them again, they mentioned that my belove dunk is being held at the custom and they will solved the case asap. It have been three weeks now. still no reply.
