We initially received the wrong color covers but a quick email conversation corrected the issue. The sales department was friendly and understanding. They offered me a couple options and within a couple of weeks we had the correct color covers. The covers look amazing and match our m3 mulberry interior perfectly.
I bought the lm3, work platform, rotisserie and extension. I received the work platform in the mail and nothing else. No tracking, just says partial order. I have contacted Ortur 5 separate times and I have not received a reply. I bought this directly through their site. I see I could have got this off Amazon for $50 less and received it in 4 days. I want to cancel and purchase through Amazon but feel like I would get screwed on a refund at this point. So I sit here with nothing. A simple reply with an update would have been fine. I would have understood but being ghosted has left a bad taste in my mouth. Can’t recommend because of this. Update-I was contacted and informed it was a holiday. I changed my score reflex the communication. I respect everyone’s time off. An automatic reply noting the delay in shipping and replies would have prevented this situation.
