This casino was bribing players with 20 free spins to leave an "honest review" (wink wink)... Originally, I gave it five stars out of fear I would not get the free spins. Come to find out, if you didn't review the casino within 48 hours of receiving the email, you are no longer eligible for free spins. Thank God Trustpilot allows people to edit these things. If you have to bribe players to leave "honest reviews", maybe that's a casino you shouldn't trust your money with....
I never play at casinos that do not offer free spins or chips to new players; thus, I've never played at this casino. HOWEVER, now that I am being offered free spins to leave this review, I shall change my ways and possibly this review. ***CORRECTION*** So I just spoke to an agent at Betnuvo to get my free spins after I took a screenshot to prove that I wrote this review. The agent told me it takes several hours for the review to post while it's pending approval, thus I would not get my free spins until then... Which is ridiculous because most online casinos will give you rewards right away regardless of the pending process because even if my review posts, I can always go back and change it or delete it. So the whole waiting for my review to post is ridiculous. SO ... My original post was THREE STARS, but I've now changed it to TWO STARS for making players jump through ridiculous hoops. ***CORRECTION : PART TWO*** After inquiring about this ridiculous hoop of ensuring that my review is approved or not versus having this post approved and then later deleting it, I was told that I will not be able to receive any free spins whatsoever because the agent believes that I will delete this post. To the agent by the name of JOHN...I guarantee you, I will NEVER delete this post. And if you didn't notice, JOHN, I changed two stars to one star. I will never put a dime into this casino.
