Perfect! Just purchased a 2026 Aice Lite Max Neck Air Conditioner and it’s great! Ranvoo sent a link for a step by step guide on how to install, the actual item does what it is supposed to do. You can have it set at whatever temperature you are comfortable with. I actually got this particular one as I struggle with maintaining my temperature so I wanted one that I can use in the winter too and this is just the ticket. Had a problem initially with delivery but contacted Ranvoo and customer services got back to me within 24 hours and sorted it out straight away. I cannot fault them. Would recommend to everyone. What’s not to like. Fantastic company.
