It’s been over three months
It’s been over three months, and my order is still incomplete. You charged me for shipping, yet you failed to deliver all the items and haven’t refunded the shipping fee either. This level of service is extremely disappointing. I’ve been more than patient, but this is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately!!!
