I ordered a t-shirt
I ordered a t-shirt, size medium. When it came, it was too small for my husband who has worn a size medium his entire adult life. The sleeves are too short and the tshirt barely fits him. When I contacted the company, they asked me to photograph the width of the shirt, the length and the length of the sleeves as well as the shipping package. What???? First time I've ever been asked to jump through so many hoops. But I provided this info. As it turned out, the shirt was 3" smaller than the size chart provided. So they sent me another shirt, same size. It is exactly the same. This time I received another package with another t-shirt, not purchased by me but purchased by someone else since it had a birthyear, a wedding year and the year he became a dad. Someone out there is waiting for that t-shirt, I'm sure. I contacted the company again with photos again and stated I'd like to return all the t-shirts for a refund. Still waiting for a response. Never again. Update: received a refund from company.
