First-time customer
First-time customer, terrible experience and terrible customer service. I bought a voucher, i had to download a authenitcator app just to buy the voucher, then after i bought it, i had to take a selfie to verify who i was to access it, BUT I STILL CANT ACCESS IT because they need me to verify more stuff ( they won't tell me what ) they made me fill out a ticket to get a response within 48 hours....just so i can access the thing i bought....and their live chat is non-existant...it keeps directing me to filling out a support ticket.....never buying from this company again and if i don't get access to this voucher i will claim my money back from the fraud department at the bank. Shocking company.
