Really Quite Awful
I ordered, much to my subsequent regret, a cardigan from this company. When the item arrived it did have sleeves, buttons and other 'commonly-held' features of a cardigan, but here, between the photo and description on the website and what was actually delivered to me, all similarity ended. I provided a photo of the actual cardigan and the photo from the website to the 'After Sales Team' to aid easy comparison, all to no avail. Much to my astonishment the company kept stating that the cardigans were the same; a level of self denial on par with Donald Trump's insistence on a second term. Alternatively, perhaps all staff at Beautifulhalo, unfortunately, share a visual impairment that renders them unable to successfully engage in games of 'Snap' or 'Spot the Difference'. I finally grew tired of 'the cardigans are different', 'Oh no they're not' pantomime style email exchanges and decided to disengage from the whole farrago. Consequently, I am now £31.94 the poorer and my local British Heart Foundation will shortly receive a donation of a 'cardigan' which they will find undoubtedly difficult to shift. Update The company have contacted me offering a full refund if I deleted my review or ammended the one star rating. I replied that I would only be able to ammend to two stars due to firstly being sent an item that bore no resemblance to the one advertised and secondly having to send numerous emails and post a poor trustpilot review before a full refund was offered. As yet, I have received no refund and doubt I ever will unless I agree to remove this review. I am in a fortunate position where I am able to just walk away from what amonuts to being held to ransom, but unfortunately there will be others who cannot afford to do this. I wonder how many other reviews have been removed under similar circumstances?
