Victim of a fraud?
Victim of a fraud? Bought a 120x60cm grow kit with the TSL 2000. Some parts looked used (dirt under original plastic covers). Fan and fan controller broke down pretty quick. Then the light started acting weird and the dimmer never worked properly either. They have spent almost 2 years trying to twist and turn first telling me to ship it to China - then to Germany. Then denying what they have said even tho I had it on mail. This has cost me so much pain and trouble - and the company keeps chasing me about shipping the gear to them. Why would I spend 300€ on a shipment to a company that already scammed me on over 500€? I have also read and heard about people not receiving a refund after sending their lights or other equipment. The broken stuff are my proof of crime, and I will keep it until they send a new light. UPDATE: Partial refund... lol! I got 50 dollar back! Great deal: Spend over 600, get scammed - then get 50 back. I have still lost 550. As stated they want me to send photos of the gear and ship it to Germany. The gear are proof of crime I will not send anything to them, at this stage of the conflict. And certainly not pay several hundred of euros to send my proof in to the hands of the company I am holding it against. Lol. They must think I am stupid. We are thousands of people that has been scammed - and every time they blame the victim. Talk about lack of courage and dishonest motives. They have had 2 years to fix this. And I consider my money gone. Worst led brand in history... (Sent them plenty of photos when I first opened the parcel and sent my complaint. This is their modus operandi - to twist and turn, making it sound like it is the customer stalling the process.) Mars Hydro aint nothing but a con artist dressed as a cheap LED brand.
