I'd give them zero stars if I could. Don't make the same mistake I and many others have by ordering from here! I bought a light which looked very nice on the photographs online at significant expense, these showed good quality carpentry and well cut curved wooden edges. The light which came around 4 weeks later resembled nothing of the sort. I would describe the edges of the item that came to be square - unlike the curved item in the photos, but this would be too much of a compliment, the wood on the item has never actually seen a square edge. The splinter ridden wood in fact resembled similar quality to a piece of wood cut by seven year old using a chainsaw. Bare, sharp metal was exposed and any metal that wasn't sticking out of my fingers after unpacking the item was covered by what seemed to be a sharpie running low on ink. After plenty of 'customer service tennis' over email, they refused to offer a full refund (10% was offered along with sending a new light). It was clear that even the replacement light wouldn't resemble what I had originally bought. From closer inspection of the website, the photographs of the light I had ordered were clearly stolen from another company on Pinterest. A full refund for the light was offered by the merchant providing I sent the light back to their address... In China, but they refused to cover any cost of shipping the light - despite me arguing that they had not actually sent an item that I'd ordered. To resolve the problem (and I advise you do this if you've made the same mistake as me), I contacted my credit card provider and requested a chargeback. This is a method of refunding your money through the credit card provider, if the merchant is found to be at fault - they are also charged a fee for the inconvenience. My request was successful and my money fully refunded by my credit card - I do hope that Beautiful Halo were charged a fine for their cowboy company and service, I also hope it isn't the first time. I, personally would stay well away from this company. The product delivered is not something I would want near my house, let alone in it. As an electrical engineer, I would also question the electronics within the device, I don't recommend putting it into your home! Trust me - It isn't worth it!
