The Aventon Bike Company stands by it’s products
The Aventon Bike Company stands by its products as I found out when I had a battery problem on a year old bike. One email to the company along with two attached photos got the ball rolling. I received a reply with 5 minutes. The company was sympathetic in their response and immediately shipped out not only a new charging cable, but also an entirely new battery. Due to that interaction, we purchased a second Aventon e-bike for the household. It would be very difficult to top the excellent service shown to me by Aventon.
