unethical company that refuses to communicate with their customers
I’m coming here to echo what others are saying about the heat press pre-orders and making the customers who have pre-ordered right from their website wait indefinitely while they are shipping their inventory into Amazon and others can order and get their item within three days. They refuse to respond to emails and chats and I have emailed asking them to cancel my pre-order several times and have explained my reasoning and being able to order it directly from Amazon and get it more quickly and they refuse to respond to any communications or refund me. I would be worried about having issues with this machine now and not having any support from this company since they are obviously unethical. I will be filing a charge back.
