Xiaomi Pad 5 keyboard case broke, they refuse to repair it.
Ordered a Xiaomi Pad 5 with keyboard case, for an additional $100, here November 2021. One of the connector pins of the keyboard broke a week ago, after which I send a request for repair under warranty. Their website states that they provide free repair under warranty for all products, unless mentioned differently on the product page. I got an email back stating that this does not apply to accesories. When I asked to show me this information on their website in a reply, I got no answer back from them. I can't find this information anywhere, so I feel like it should be repaired under warranty. Even asked how much it would cost me if it weren't free, but they also did not respond to that either. I feel like customer support is just trying to get me to give up having my case repaired, by making communication near impossible. Now I have a useless keyboard case, which is $100 dollar down the drain.
