Deceptive, Misleading, & Much More Expensive
We were quoted a rate much higher than what the hotel charges. We were charged for a reservation guarantee that was not mentioned to us, adding another $300 onto the bill. When I canceled the reservation five minutes after making it, I was told that there was a one day penalty and that we would still be charged over $700. I did persuade them that we should get all our money back, and I hope that actually happens. This organization seems to be a total scam.
