Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! First of all needed to call 10 times to get driver’s detail. Some agent with unclear voice answered and didn’t send me information at once called again so she sent me some random information with some name and number and then after 10 mins new name and number. My ride was booked for 3:30am in the morning and it was snowing in Park City. I called the driver and asked he said he sent me a msg on whatsapp which I never received and when I checked his number on whatsapp he is even not available on that platform. He further said your ride is cancelled and doesn’t show on his app. I called him at 3:30 am and he said it was already late and he couldn’t do anything. He said he will call me after 10 mins but never did. Such scammers. I was left with no options at 3:30 am in the morning with a loss of $100. Wonderful service.
