I got scammed
I got scammed. Basically what happened is, a seller on this platform (ShopFabrio) sold me a gta V unlock-all account. I got the mail-adress and the password, confirmed that the account had everything I wanted and then bought it. 2 days after the ZeusX 3 month warranty, my PlayStation Sign-In-ID (mail-adress) got changed. Since then I have no access to the account anymore and I can see someone using it since it's still on my friendslist. So what happened is this: the scammer who sold me the account, originally created that account with another mail-adress then the one he sold it with. And after the warranty was over, he simply told playstation, that his account was compromised, told them the original mail-adress and the other informations, and then playstation changed the sign-in data. When i contacted PlayStation support, they literally confirmed it and said that they can help me because of "security" reasons. Those security reasons are, that the seller who originally create this account, got it back with the original "creation" data. This whole scam seems to be a common strategy on ZeusX since it also happened to a good friend of mine (basically my bad bc I recommended him ZeusX) I'll report this incident also to german authorities and file a scam complaint. Since ZeusX didn't do anything against this scam, i assume that they are involved into this strategy and are fully aware of it. My advice is to stay away from ZeusX, consider this is a scam-warning. UPDATE: ZeusX contacted me an after 2 weeks of no response, the told me in a mail containing 2 sentences, that they will not help me since the "account was handed over". That's true, I had the account for almost 3 months. After that time period, the original creater of the account (the seller) took the account back with PlayStation support. so basically you buy the account, have it for the time it is in the warranty and after that, it will be stolen and sold again.
