I ordered three bottles one for me and one for my grandchildren, the bottles arrived after Royal Mail were a little late and unfortunately one of the bottles was delivered incorrectly. The customer service team dealt with this really well and the correct bottle delivered and I was able to keep the wrong one which is sat on my desk at the moment filled with iced water next to my coffee cup filled with hot coffee.
